Shipping costs

Standard shipping is free on every order. Any optional expedited shipping service and its price will be shown at checkout when available.

Order processing

Orders placed by 2:00 PM UK time on a business day begin processing according to the stated handling period. Orders placed after the cut-off, on weekends or on UK bank holidays begin processing on the next business day.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday within 1 to 2 business days.

Delivery estimates

Total estimated delivery	3 to 5 business days

Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by carrier delays, severe weather or an incomplete delivery address.

Tracking

Tracking information is emailed after the carrier accepts the shipment. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to display movement.

Address changes and delivery issues

Contact support@cardtop.shop as soon as possible if your delivery address is incorrect. If an order has already been dispatched, changes may no longer be possible.

If your parcel is marked as delivered but has not arrived, contact us within 7 days so we can help investigate the issue with the carrier.
